As I mentioned earlier, I always suggest using and aromatase inhibitor while using any sarm to help combat any estrogen conversion and other side effects from testosterone suppression. Now that this is all out of the way, I have to say that I am actually a fan of this kind of supplement as I had it in the past, and I don't think it's good for the body like testosterone. As I mentioned above, I've had to switch to using the aromatase inhibitor, and I still like it, but when it's the only one I have, I'll probably wait until I have a test. I don't want to be in the middle of a testosterone cycle and have a big buildup on one test. What I'm not sure about is if it is really the testosterone in your system that is converting into estrogen. I always thought testosterone is like that, but I have no way of testing to see this. I have a good friend that has tested it for a few clients at his gym, and he has found some differences with some of them. Some that are positive for more estrogen, but it's hard to tell. I do want to thank Dr. V. for doing the research for this blog post and for the great information he has provided.
